We are currently looking for a part-time Administrative Coordinator for our office on Upplandsgatan in Stockholm, with a desired start date in late August or early September.
This is not a role for you if you prefer doing the same thing every day. Here, you need to appreciate variety, be able to switch between different tasks, and feel comfortable when plans change at short notice.
One day you might be scheduling appointments for clients and employees, the next day you handle rebookings due to illness, work in our digital systems, or assist with administrative tasks within our operations. No two days are alike – and that is exactly how we like it.
Examples of tasks
- Scheduling for clients and employees.
- Handling rebookings and changes, for example due to illness.
- Administrative work in various digital systems.
- Handling customer inquiries.
- Assisting with administrative tasks within our operations.
- At our company, we help each other out, and tasks can vary from day to day. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is unpretentious and enjoys helping out where needed.

You don't need to know everything from the start. The most important thing for us is that you are curious, enjoy learning new things, and have the ability to quickly adapt to new ways of working and systems.
We place great emphasis on personal qualities. To thrive in this role, you need to appreciate freedom under responsibility and feel comfortable planning and driving your work forward yourself.
The position is a part-time employment (fixed-term contract). The work can be performed partly remotely, but you must also be able to work from our office on Upplandsgatan in Stockholm.
We prefer that you work Monday–Wednesday, but this is open to discussion.
