About Us

At Basal Home Care, we usually work on behalf of health centers or general practitioner clinics when they are closed – evenings, nights, and weekends. Our teams operate from five geographical locations in Stockholm County. Aleris Basal Home Care is part of Aleris Primary Care, which also includes ASIH, two specialized palliative care wards, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Urgent Care.

The Role

In the role of assistant nurse, you are delegated tasks by a registered nurse, and your duties include, among other things, medication administration, insulin, catheter care, stoma care, inhalation, and minor wound care. We document in the journal system TakeCare and use Epsilon as a work tool to plan shifts. Here, you always have an administrative team to help plan and structure the work. Together, we strive to create safe and high-quality care for our patients.

You will be based at our office on Fogdevägen 4A in Täby. The patients are located within a defined geographical area. To get between patient visits, you use our environmentally classified cars. Our working hours are scheduled for evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is trained as an assistant nurse and holds a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare
• Has previous experience with delegated tasks
• Has good computer skills and experience with the journal system Take Care
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

It is also highly meritorious if you have previously worked in home care. We see that you are independent and responsible, with a good ability to handle changing situations with calm and focus. At the same time, you work in a structured and methodical manner, even at a high pace. For us, it is also important that you keep the patient in focus.
