Kassem Health Center is looking for a Rehabilitation Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

The role involves supporting sick-listed patients in the rehabilitation process and facilitating the patient's return to work or entry into the labor market. The rehabilitation coordinator's support and coordination also serve as a resource for the physician and other healthcare professionals regarding rehabilitation and sick leave issues. The role also includes collaboration with external actors, such as the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan) and employers.

Employment Type:

Permanent position. Full-time, 100%, but part-time can be discussed. Working hours Monday-Friday.

Probation period may apply. Start date by agreement.

Qualifications:

The Rehabilitation Coordinator must be a licensed healthcare professional or a social worker.

Experience working in Swedish healthcare, preferably primary care, is advantageous. Proficiency in computer skills and experience with the medical record system TakeCare is advantageous.

  • A background check will be conducted before the decision on employment.
  • In addition to a Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required. The same requirement applies to non-licensed staff with patient contact.
