Do you want to work in a organization where you make a difference for children, young people, and their families – and at the same time help develop the work forward? We are now looking for a Team Leader for the Family Resource Unit.
The unit's target group is children and young people aged 0–20 and their families. Interventions can take place with or without prior needs assessment. We are in the midst of an exciting transition process where you will become a key part of the team.
We have a stable staff group of around 14 highly competent individuals. The unit is led by a Unit Manager. We work with several established methods such as Functional Family Therapy, Tryggare Barn, Repulse, Trappan, CBT, and COPE.
The unit has a clear structure with regular meetings, external supervision, and continuous competence development. As a new employee, you will receive an introduction and access to a mentor.
We offer meaningful and varied work in a work environment characterized by support, development, high job satisfaction, and a good balance between work and leisure.
As a Team Leader…
You are responsible for supporting and supervising employees in their daily work. You conduct case reviews, allocate interventions, and support prioritization of tasks. You introduce new staff to daily operations.
You lead employees who work with both needs-assessed interventions and interventions without prior needs assessment within family therapy and field operations. You also serve as a sounding board for social secretaries when selecting interventions.
You represent the unit in internal and external collaboration groups and participate in networks at the regional level. The role also includes monitoring the external environment, spreading new knowledge within the group, and identifying intervention needs based on the target group's requirements.
You coordinate parts of the development work in the unit's development plan, lead parts of the group time, and contribute materials to development issues.
We are looking for someone who…
Is confident in your professional role and has a good ability to lead and support others. You are structured and have an easy time prioritizing and creating an overview in daily work.
You are receptive in collaboration with both colleagues and other professions and have a professional and respectful approach. With a solution-focused work style, you contribute to the development of both employees and the organization.
You thrive in close collaboration with others, take responsibility for your assignment, and see opportunities in change and development.
We want you, as an employee, to feel good both on and off the job. Therefore, you have access to, among other things, a wellness allowance, free swimming, and discounts on massage. Read more about our benefits: https://vetlanda.se/formaner (https://vetlanda.se/formaner)
We believe in a workplace where differences are a strength and where we always meet each other with joy and respect. Together we are Vetlanda Municipality.
