Are you looking for a meaningful role where you can make a real difference?
We are now looking for more dedicated employees who want to help shape the future of Värnamo. Here, you work with the individual in focus, creating a workday that is valuable for both you and our citizens.
Description
We are seeking a TSI Case Manager with a specific assignment within mediation and support center for young crime victims.
In this role, you will have a crucial part in ensuring that children and young people receive the right support at the right time. We believe in early interventions, close collaboration, and always starting from the child's perspective. Therefore, we are looking for you who see the whole picture around the child, understand the importance of functioning collaboration systems, and want to contribute to creating good living conditions for all children and young people in the municipality. You will become part of a work where collaboration, participation, and the child's perspective are guiding principles in everything we do.
This is a combined position where you work both promotively, preventively, and supportively. You will be an important part of the municipality's work with Early and Coordinated Interventions (TSI), while simultaneously working with mediation in cases of crime and support for young people who have been victims of crime.
In the TSI work, the goal is to identify needs early and coordinate interventions around the child and the family. You contribute to creating sustainable structures for collaboration between schools, student health services, social services, healthcare, and civil society. To succeed, you need to understand how different operations interact and how shared responsibility can create better conditions for children and young people.
Within the mediation and support center, you meet young crime victims, their families, and young people who have committed crimes. You offer support, guidance, and opportunities for dialogue and processing based on each individual's situation.

You have a genuine commitment to children and young people and understand that their needs often require coordinated interventions from several actors. You have the ability to see both the individual's situation and the systems that affect it.
You thrive in a role where you collaborate, lead processes, and create conditions for others to contribute. You can handle complex issues, build trust with both other professionals and with children and their networks.
