About the role

Do you want to work in an organization where community, quality, and development are at the center? Högbo Riding Club is looking for an experienced riding instructor who wants to help create a safe, inspiring, and well-organized riding school.

Here, you will work alongside dedicated colleagues and meet students of all ages, with a special focus on children and young people. We place great emphasis on good customer service, clear pedagogy, and a positive environment where both students and horses can develop.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct riding lessons with structure and clear progression
• Teach children, young people, and adults at various levels
• Participate in the training and further development of school horses
• Contribute to the daily operations of the business, including stable duties
• Handle administrative tasks related to teaching and planning
• Participate in competitions and events, which may involve working some weekends

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Training as a Riding Instructor Level 1 or equivalent education/experience deemed comparable
• Experience teaching in a riding school
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Merits:

• Several years of experience as a riding instructor or coach
• Documented experience working with children and young people
