Level 3 Object Specialist sought for public sector client in Stockholm

Armabe Consulting AB is now looking for a Object Specialist / System Administrator for an assignment with a public sector client within healthcare in Stockholm.

The assignment involves the administration of an IT system supporting business operations and includes operational administration, support, incident management, testing, release, configuration, as well as the creation of user support materials and training resources. The assignment is at 100 %, starting 2026-07-01 and running preliminarily until 2026-12-31, with the possibility of extension for an additional 12 months. The assignment takes place on-site in Stockholm.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with tasks such as:

• Operational system administration
• Support and incident management
• Testing and release work
• System configuration
• Creation of user support and instructions
• Training initiatives for users
• Collaboration with business units, clients, and technical teams

We are looking for someone with

• Experience as an object specialist, system administrator, business specialist, or similar role
• Experience in IT administration and business-oriented IT support
• Experience in support, case management, and incident management
• Good understanding of testing, release, and quality assurance
• Strong communication and pedagogical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Good command of Swedish (spoken and written)

Advantageous Qualifications

The following experience is considered a bonus:

• Experience from the public sector, e.g., region, municipality, or government agency
• Experience with IT systems supporting business operations
• Experience with acceptance testing or release testing
• Experience in creating user support and conducting training
• Experience from healthcare-related activities

These experiences are important as the assignment is evaluated specifically on public sector experience, similar system assignments, test/release, and pedagogical and communication skills.
