Job Description
A public sector organization is looking for an experienced Project Manager/Assignment Leader to be responsible for the planning, steering, and execution of deliveries related to Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role involves overall responsibility for ensuring that the project's goals are met regarding function, quality, time, and budget, and that the delivery is carried out in a structured and efficient manner.

The consultant will act as the main responsible party for the delivery and will be responsible for coordinating activities in several areas, such as business operations, functional design, development, integration, testing, migration, training, and change management. The assignment requires close collaboration with business representatives, technical specialists, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and successful implementation of Dynamics 365.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning, leading, and monitoring the project's activities and deliveries.
• Ensuring the project is conducted according to the agreed schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Coordinating resources and activities between different workflows and stakeholders.
• Managing risks, dependencies, and changes during the project execution.
• Monitoring project progress and reporting status to the steering group and other relevant parties.
• Ensuring the solution meets the business's requirements and supports the organization's goals.

The assignment places high demands on leadership, communication, coordination skills, and experience with complex IT and business projects.

Qualifications (Must-haves)

• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
• At least 10 years of documented experience in project management.
• Documented experience in project management within larger organizations.
• At least 5 years of documented experience in implementation, rollout, or administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience in coordinating several parallel workflows, such as development, testing, migration, and business rollout.
• Ability to undergo and pass the required security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-haves)

• Experience working in security-classified operations.
• Experience working in the public sector.
