Admission Nurse for ASIH – Focus on Collaboration, Care Transitions, and Clinical Work

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated nurse who wishes to combine clinical work within ASIH (Advanced Support at Home) with an important role as an admission nurse. Here you will have the opportunity to contribute to safe care transitions, strengthen collaboration between healthcare providers, and maintain close contact with patients and their relatives.

About the Role

As an admission nurse, you are a vital link between hospital operations and ASIH. You work closely with our partners in inpatient and outpatient care to identify patients who could benefit from advanced home healthcare and to ensure smooth care transitions.

A central part of the assignment is to build and develop long-term relationships with hospital clinics, wards, and other collaboration partners. You represent ASIH in various contexts and contribute knowledge about our mission and opportunities.

The position is combined with clinical work within ASIH, meaning you also participate in patient-facing care. We see this as a strength as it creates a close connection between the collaboration assignment and clinical operations.

The role involves great freedom under responsibility and many contact points. You work independently but have close support from your manager, colleagues, and other functions within the organization.

• Is a registered nurse with several years of clinical experience.
• Has experience with or good knowledge of ASIH and its mission.
• Is confident in your profession and has good judgment even in complex situations.
• Easily builds trust and establishes long-term relationships.

• Has social sensitivity and good communication skills.
• Is flexible, solution-oriented, and responsible.
• Thrives working independently while contributing to the collective development of the organization.

Experience in development and change management is an advantage.

Terms of Employment

Employment type: Permanent position, starting with a 6-month probation period
Scope: Full-time
Start date: By agreement
Salary: Individual salary setting
