About the Workplace

Vasastan Health Centre opened in newly renovated and fresh premises in the summer of 2020. However, the practice has been in operation since November 2017 under the name Cityakuten Health Centre. Our clinic is constantly growing and serves a young population with many families with children in the area. There are currently approximately 10,000 registered patients at the health centre, and patient satisfaction is very high. Here, we employ five specialists in general medicine, two specialist trainees, two licensed doctors, and one resident doctor. A psychotherapist also works at the health centre, and the clinic has a well-functioning collaboration with several different subcontractors. Our nursing team consists of two district nurses, four registered nurses, and two nursing assistants.

Job Responsibilities

The position involves working with adult mental health, including conducting assessment interviews and handling referrals. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) work is conducted individually. Treatments are provided both in person and digitally.

Qualifications

Licensed psychotherapist with relevant education and an interest in psychotherapeutic work with a CBT focus within the framework of the Swedish Choice in Psychotherapy (Vårdval psykoterapi).

Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience with the medical record system TakeCare is meritorious but not a requirement.
