Capio Primary Care Clinic Ringen is one of Stockholm's largest primary care clinics, with approximately 20,000 registered patients and 60 employees. We are looking for a licensed psychologist to join our large and friendly psychosocial team. This is a fixed-term position at 100%, starting in September 2026 until March 31, 2027, with a possible extension afterwards. We are looking for a person with a focus on CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). The role involves, among other things, assessment, diagnostics, psychological counseling, and treatment of mild to moderate mental health issues in children, adolescents, and adults.

The work is varied, involving both individual contacts, group therapy, and psycho-pedagogical lecture series. We work according to the goal of digital-physical care: "digital when possible, physical when needed." This means that, in addition to physical visits, we also work with video calls and chat, as well as internet-based treatment, iCBT.

The psychosocial team currently consists of 8 licensed psychologists and one PTP-psychologist. It is a very well-functioning team with a high ceiling, close to laughter, and great competence.

There is a strong interest in development, and the patient's needs are in focus. We strive to always have high accessibility to assessment and treatment and collaborate closely with other professions such as doctors, nurses, and rehabilitation coordinators.

You, the applicant, are a licensed psychologist with a focus on CBT, preferably with experience working with both children and adults. It is meritorious to have worked at a primary care clinic. You are secure in both person and profession and have a good understanding of the purpose and working methods of primary care. You are curious and have a desire to learn. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability. Interviews will be held continuously during the application period, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
