• The practice has approximately 11,250 registered patients.

The practice includes a doctor's clinic and a nurse/primary healthcare nurse clinic. Nurses/primary healthcare nurses are responsible for specialist clinics within diabetes and hypertension, and perform spirometry tests.

Our staff includes 5 employed district doctors, 6 specialty training doctors, licensed doctors, and AT (initial training) doctors. The practice also includes psychologists, a rehabilitation coordinator (REKO), and our own primary care rehabilitation.

Job Description

As a nurse/primary healthcare nurse at Hälsocentralen Akka, your work is varied. You will work with telephone advice, clinic duties, and home care (VBN). Together with colleagues, you have the opportunity to influence the work, as we have short decision-making paths and an open climate. There is an opportunity to develop together with competent colleagues. You will work both independently and in a team with other staff categories at the clinic.

• We are looking for you who are a nurse or primary healthcare nurse with experience in primary care.
• You want to contribute to a stable nurse clinic with good quality.
• You want, like us, to work for the patients' best interest through treatment, advice, and health-promoting work.

• You are flexible, engaged, and have good teamwork skills.

Akka Healthcare Center is Västerhaninge's healthcare center – part of Prima Vård.

We have a wonderful team of approximately 35 employees, serving 11,250 patients.

Our mission is to provide a family doctor clinic with basic home care, Child Health Services (BVC - Mama Mia), medical foot care. We have a psychologist and a rehabilitation coordinator, as well as primary care rehabilitation with a home rehabilitation team.
