Do you want to be part of building the testing area from the ground up in one of the organization's most important transformation initiatives? We are now looking for a Senior Test Lead for a consulting assignment where you will play a central role in creating structure, strategy, and long-term prerequisites for quality assurance in a complex IT environment.

This is an assignment for you who thrive working both strategically and operationally, and who have experience establishing effective testing processes in large change programs with many systems, stakeholders, and dependencies.

About the Assignment

The assignment begins with a clear focus on analysis, planning, and establishment. You will be responsible for creating an overarching test strategy and laying the foundation for how testing and quality assurance work will be conducted throughout the entire transformation journey.

The environment is characterized by several integrated systems, complex dependencies, and a large number of stakeholders. A key part of the role will therefore be to map the current state, identify risks, and ensure that the right testing prerequisites are in place for upcoming development and change initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with architects, system owners, project managers, and business representatives to create a common view on quality, testing, and delivery security.

When the program enters the execution phase, you will also lead and coordinate the ongoing testing work, ensuring that testing activities are carried out according to plan and that quality assurance is integrated as a natural part of the delivery process.

Responsibilities

In the role, you will among other things:

• Design and establish an overarching test strategy for the program
• Map the system landscape, integrations, and testing prerequisites
• Identify risks, dependencies, and quality challenges
• Define testing processes, methods, and ways of working
• Coordinate and drive dialogue with architects, system owners, and other key persons
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on testing activities
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and results
• Report status, risks, and recommendations to program and project management
• Contribute to establishing a long-term sustainable testing and quality assurance function
