Delivery Manager Datacenter & Cloud – Stockholm

Keolis is responsible for public transport that moves thousands of people in Stockholm every day. We are now strengthening our Digital Infrastructure team and looking for a Delivery Manager for the Datacenter & Cloud area who wants to take a holistic approach to our platform and help shape how we work moving forward.

About the role

As Delivery Manager Datacenter & Cloud, you own the daily operations and decisions regarding our datacenter and cloud platform. You are responsible for stable operations, vendor management, cost optimization, and keeping us technically at the forefront – all while contributing to Keolis' strategic journey towards 2030.

The role comes with a clear mandate: you make technical decisions, drive change, and ensure the platform aligns with our overarching architecture and security strategy.

You work closely with the DevOps & Cloud Platform Engineer, the Solution Architect, and the rest of the team. It is rare to work in silos; this is a close collaboration with the business in joint projects, and a role with great opportunity to put your own stamp on things.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure stable operations of compute, storage, backup, and networking in the DC as well as IaaS/PaaS services in the cloud
• Own and manage vendor relationships against SLA/OLA – on average, you are responsible for 2–3 partners and consultants
• Drive IaC (e.g., Bicep/Terraform), policies, and CI/CD flows together with the Solution Architect and Platform Engineer
• Manage platform lifecycles (EOL/EOS) and plan upgrades, consolidations, and migrations
• Responsible for backup/DR & BCP adaptation, including recovery tests and documented RPO/RTO
• Cost control and budget management for DC & Cloud

We are looking for someone who

• Has post-secondary education in IT or another relevant field
• Has at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a previous technical background
• Has a good understanding of infrastructure: servers, virtualization, networking, DC, and backup
• Is familiar with hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud) or has a strong interest in learning
• Has experience with ITIL processes or similar frameworks
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

It is an advantage if you have experience with Azure (GCP and AWS also work), DevOps understanding with GitHub and IaC, and experience communicating technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Location

The role is based at our headquarters on Kungsholmen in Stockholm. We work in a hybrid model and expect you to be on-site three days a week.
