As an Account Administrator at Svenska Spel, you will become part of a team of eight knowledgeable and helpful colleagues who work together to ensure the finances run smoothly every day.

What will you do?
Your main responsibilities will include administration, bookkeeping, payments, ongoing reconciliations, and participation in the group's annual closing process. You will play a key role in ensuring our financial processes run smoothly and accurately.
The work involves, among other things, handling finances related to our agents, customers, and suppliers. The role includes, for example, invoice processing, payments, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and providing support to the business in financial matters.
You will interact with both employees within the organization and our partners to assist them with various questions regarding financial and payment processes.
💡 We continuously work on developing and streamlining our ways of working, and we welcome ideas and initiatives that make our processes even better.
Are you the one who will make it happen?
We are looking for someone with at least a high school education in economics and a few years of experience working in a finance department with similar tasks. Since digitalization and automation are important components for us, it is a prerequisite that you feel comfortable in different system environments and are curious about new digital opportunities and changes.
As a person, you are independent, see what needs to be done, and take initiative to move the work forward. You enjoy creating collaboration and want to be part of a team with common goals. You are structured and organized. You thrive with varied tasks and are happy to help where needed to ensure the team succeeds. Furthermore, you are a social person who is accustomed to contacting others and feels comfortable working against deadlines.
We expect you to have good knowledge of bookkeeping and basic knowledge of VAT and tax. Above all, we believe you will appreciate being part of a team where we help each other, learn every day, and get things done together. This is an important part of our culture.
