You will play a central role in building and developing a new work group within property services, with a clear focus on inclusion and pathways into the labor market. The group will perform simpler tasks in and around properties, while you create good conditions for individuals who are further from the labor market to grow in work, internships, and supported employment.

The role combines team leadership, collaboration with authorities, and HR support. You will be the hub between the operations, relevant authorities, and the individuals participating in the work group. You will also help shape working methods, routines, and structures that make the initiative sustainable in the long term. This is a role for you who want to work closely with people, create structure in everyday life, and contribute to both business benefits and social benefits.

In addition to working with the new work group, the role also includes support in the existing internship track and some HR support based on organizational and social needs. The role suits you who thrive in an operationally close environment where you get to combine operational support with the development of working methods.

• You build, coordinate, and develop the work in a new work group within property services.
• You lead and distribute tasks and support individuals in their daily work.
• You collaborate with authorities and act as a contact person in matters concerning internship placements, supported employment, and planning.
• You plan the setup and timelines for internships and employment together with relevant parties.
• You are responsible for recruitment and for identifying any workplace adjustments that create good conditions for the assignment.
• You develop and refine routines, plans, and exit plans in close collaboration with the operations.
• You support managers and employees in day-to-day questions related to both the work group and HR-related needs.
• You contribute to culture-building activities and other HR support based on organizational and social needs.

• You have experience in mentoring, supporting, and following up on individuals in work, internships, or similar contexts.
• You have experience collaborating with authorities and acting as a contact person in such processes.
• You have experience planning and coordinating internship placements, supported employment, or similar initiatives.
• You have experience with recruitment as well as assessing and handling needs for workplace adjustments.
• You have a good ability to create structure, develop routines, and keep plans and follow-ups together.
• You are accustomed to leading, distributing, and following up on tasks in an operationally close environment.
• You have experience with HR support related to organizational and social needs.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish.
