We are now looking for dedicated, service-oriented, and reliable security guards for combined reception and patrol duties in the Stockholm area. The positions offer a unique variation where you work in a professional reception environment in Stockholm City during weekdays, while being responsible for patrols and security work at a site in Västerort during weekends. Here you will have an independent and responsible role where you contribute to both a welcoming service experience and a safe and secure environment for customers, visitors, and employees. A valid B-driver's license and access to your own car are required as the positions involve working at two different sites. Schedule: 5–2 schedule

About the role

In these positions, you combine reception work in Stockholm City with patrols and security work in Västerort. During weekdays, you work in the reception where the focus is on service, administration, and visitor management. During weekends, you are responsible for patrols, supervision, and security-related tasks at another site in Västerort. The role suits you if you appreciate variety in work and enjoy switching between a service-oriented approach and more independent security work. We work according to a 5–2 schedule where the reception duty is Monday–Friday and the patrol duty is performed during weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive and register visitors
• Handle access control, access cards, and keys
• Answer phone calls and emails
• Manage meeting bookings and mail handling
• Receive and coordinate deliveries
• Ensure order, structure, and service in the reception
• Be the face of the client and the business

• Conduct internal and external patrols according to instructions
• Check the building's security and functionality
• Report deviations, incidents, and security-related events
• Handle alarms and rectify minor deviations according to routine
• Collaborate with internal security and other functions
• Contribute to a safe and secure environment for the business

We are looking for someone who has

• Security Guard Training VU1 and VU2 (required)
• Approval from the County Administrative Board to work within an authorized security company
• Experience in reception work, customer service, or similar service functions
• Valid B-driver's license and access to your own car (required)
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills and experience with administrative systems
• Clean criminal record, drug-free, and no payment defaults

Employment terms

Start date by agreement. We apply a 6-month probation period. Salary according to collective agreement. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously, which means the positions may be filled before the application deadline.
