Your Role

As a Production Support Specialist, you play a vital role in an engaged team working in close proximity to Saab’s production. Together with operators, production technicians, designers, and other specialists, you help develop our working methods, drive improvements, and create sustainable solutions for the future.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting production in cable-related tasks
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Testing, inspecting, and quality assurance
• Working hands-on and learning something new every day
• Being part of a team that shares your passion for technology

Your Profile

We believe you:

• Are studying Electrical and Energy Engineering or have a similar interest
• Are curious, detail-oriented, and enjoy understanding how things work
• Thrive in a varied work environment
• Are stress-resistant and enjoy taking responsibility
• Want to develop and gain experience that truly matters

The role involves many contact points, both internally and externally, so we appreciate that you are outgoing, curious, and enjoy building relationships. You are proactive when needed, yet open to others' perspectives and enjoy being part of a larger whole.

To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to be comfortable with technical documentation, have good computer skills, and be proficient in English, both spoken and written.

The position requires you to undergo and pass the security clearance checks according to current regulations. For positions where Saab requires security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
