Within Mission Support Equipment (MSE), we develop the central support systems that enable high operational availability and efficiency for the Gripen.

The business is growing, and we are now establishing a new section - Product Engineering - MSE. Therefore, we are looking for several experienced and engaged Tech Leads who want to help develop both our products and our way of working.

Your Role

As a Tech Lead, you will become a central driving force in our continued journey toward modern system development. You work at the intersection of technology, product, and business, contributing to creating solutions that deliver real value to users and customers.

You will:

• Lead and drive technical initiatives within development and delivery.
• Contribute to our transformation toward modern development methods, automated flows, and smarter development processes.
• Influence technical decisions, architecture, and future development strategies.
• Develop working methods that strengthen quality, efficiency, and delivery capability.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, product owners, and other key functions.

We seek competence in several technical areas, including:

• DevOps
• CI/CD
• Systems Engineering
• UI/UX
• AI as support in the development chain
• Documentation as Code

Our products are in different phases of the lifecycle - from early concept development to operational systems with the customer. This gives you the opportunity to work with both strategic future investments and technically advanced solutions in operation, creating a varied and rewarding daily routine.

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to the security clearance regulations in effect at the time. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
