Are you a licensed psychologist who wants to use your expertise to build sustainable and high-performing workplaces? At Falck, we focus on strengthening health and giving people tools to handle the challenges of working life, such as stress and conflicts. Your work will mainly consist of targeted, shorter interventions at the individual level in the form of support conversations for client employees.

We are looking for a licensed psychologist who wants to make a difference in people's daily lives through individual counseling. Here, you will work with varied client contacts, contribute your skills in a team that values quality, care, and professional conduct, and help develop interventions that truly help. You deliver both digitally and physically to local and national customers across a variety of industries; private and public sectors, large and small operations, which gives the role an interesting breadth. You work cross-functionally together with company doctors, occupational nurses, behavioral scientists, physiotherapists, etc., who work in synergy with our customers and their employees towards good results.

You will mainly work with:

  • Support conversations and counseling with a focus on rehabilitation
  • Mentoring of individuals and groups
  • Conflict management and leadership support
  • Psychosocial work environment issues
  • Assessments
  • Training

Qualifications:

  • Licensed psychologist with interest and experience in working with interventions related to work-related ill health
  • Experience with individual counseling, training, and groups
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Good computer skills, as well as interest and preferably experience in delivering via digital tools and working with online-based methods.

Merits:

  • Experience from occupational health care or private healthcare providers
  • Further education in or experience in the area of rehabilitation, organizational and social work environment.
  • Experience working with CBT, ACT, or FACT

Other:

Permanent position with a 6-month probation period. Full-time (100%) starting after the summer. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, excluding holidays.

The position may involve travel, which means you must have a driver's license and preferably access to your own car.
