Do you have a background as an electrician, electrical installer, or maintenance technician and want to develop within modern technology and smart control systems?

We are now looking for a Technical Support & System Engineer with electrical technical competence and good computer skills. In this role, you will work with support, troubleshooting, commissioning, and configuration of control and monitoring systems. You will help customers identify and solve technical problems, handle support cases, and contribute to ensuring that facilities and systems operate efficiently and reliably.

The work involves both independent tasks and close collaboration with colleagues and customers. You will have ongoing contact with customers, contractors, and other partners, both on-site and remotely. This role is suitable for you if you enjoy problem-solving, have a technical interest, and want to combine practical knowledge with digital systems and new technology.

• Installation and commissioning of control systems, PLCs, field equipment, and sensors
• Troubleshooting and technical support on-site at customer locations as well as via remote connection
• Configuration and updating of software for control and visualization platforms
• Cabling, connections, and verification of signals according to installation documentation
• Documentation of completed work, changes, and operating instructions
• Collaboration with project managers, contractors, and other technicians to ensure delivery and quality
• Participation in service and maintenance work, as well as performing preventive measures

• Experience as an electrician, electrical installer, maintenance technician, or equivalent technical background
• Good knowledge of electrical installations and electrical principles
• Experienced in working with control systems/PLCs, preferably with experience from the most common vendor platforms
• Good computer skills and experience with network connections, Windows environments, and remote support
• Ability to read and follow electrical and installation drawings
• Structured and accustomed to documentation; used to working according to checklists and routines
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written

• Experience with SCADA/HMI systems
• Knowledge of networks (IP, VLAN) and simpler server/client environments
• Experience working in data centers or with critical operating environments
• YKB (Electrical Safety Certificate), certificates for hot work, or other relevant electrical certificates
• Category B driver's license
