In the heart of Strömstad, near the North Harbour, you will find Coop Strömstad. With newly renovated premises, generous opening hours, and an attractive range of services, we have created a welcoming meeting place for our customers.

We are now looking for a new Customer Flow Manager who, with a genuine interest in food, fresh drive, and a twinkle in their eye, wants to help create Strömstad's best grocery store.

You ensure good customer interactions both at service points and in the store, and you plan and execute marketing activities to strengthen the customer offer in the local market. As Customer Flow Manager, you are responsible for the Fruit & Vegetables department and the store's manual dishwashing areas, with continuous quality work in these areas. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring a high-class customer experience and development of the customer offer
  • Result responsibility for the personal customer encounter
  • Personnel responsibility
  • Daily store operations

You are part of the store's management team and thus have overall responsibility for the store's results. In the management team, you primarily drive development and activities within the customer flow. In your role, you report to the Store Manager.

We see that you are structured, result-oriented, goal-focused, drive change processes, and have a strong business sense. Together with your employees, you are responsible for the store being sales-driven, constantly developing, and attractive to always exceed our customers' expectations. By being a role model for your sales staff, you inspire them to perform their best every day. You are heading towards an exciting future, so we appreciate that you are innovative and creative in your way of working, have the drive to create sales pressure, and inspire the customer to shopping joy.

We place great emphasis on your leadership, as leading and developing employees is a large part of your daily life. To succeed in this, you must be easy to communicate with, clear in your leadership, enthusiastic, and use your social sensitivity. Previous experience from positions with personnel responsibility and scheduling is highly meritorious. Previous experience from work in a store with a focus on fresh foods, preferably fish and delicatessen, is also valued.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date by agreement. A 6-month probation period applies. Recruitment is ongoing, so the position may be filled before the deadline. Working hours are mainly during the day but also include evenings and weekends.

Would you like to know more about the position, you are welcome to contact Store Manager Mikael Lundgren at tel: 010-747 09 51 or email: [email protected]

We value the qualities that an even age and gender distribution, as well as ethnic and cultural diversity, bring to the business.
