At our company, opportunities for growth are created – one of our employees has moved on within the organization, and we are now looking for a new team member for our order team in Mölndal. Are you engaged, detail-oriented, and do you appreciate administrative tasks? If you also have a technical interest, you might be the one we are looking for!

The Role of Technical Order Administrator
You will become part of a larger order and quotation team consisting of ten people in total, half of whom work with order and spare parts management, where we are now looking for a new colleague. You will receive and handle spare parts inquiries, prepare quotations, and engage in dialogue with customers. You are responsible for entering spare parts and product orders into SAP, which includes configuring products based on technical quotations – from single orders to larger projects.
The work involves ongoing contact with our international production units regarding, among other things, order status and deliveries. You ensure that customers receive correct documentation, monitor deliveries, and handle complaints in a structured manner. The role also involves close collaboration with and support for our external customer account managers.
You have daily contact with Swedish customers, and both Swedish and English are a natural part of the work.
Who are you
We are looking for you who are service-oriented, detail-oriented, and an engaged team player who thrives in an administrative role with many parallel tasks. You have a good technical understanding and work in a structured manner even when the pace is high. We would like you to have:
