On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Rent Administrator for a housing company in Gothenburg. The assignment is part-time and is expected to start on 2026-09-01 and run until 2027-08-31, with the possibility of a 6-month extension.

About the Assignment

In connection with the implementation of a new property system, permanent employees need to focus on the system implementation. To ensure continuity in daily operations, a temporary consultant assignment is therefore established. The assignment involves taking over and being responsible for operational work within rent administration and contract management during the transition period.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Continuous handling of rental agreements and rent supplements
• Registration, quality assurance, and clearance of contracts in Unit4 PM
• Notification and handling of contract-related changes
• Support to property managers in contractual matters
• Monthly vacancy reporting and leasing reports
• Support to finance regarding notification, reconciliation, and reporting data
• Preparation of data for year-end closing
• Follow-up of rent receivables

About You

We are looking for you who meet the following mandatory requirements:

• At least three years of experience in rent administration
• Experience from the property industry
• Advanced and documented experience working in Unit4 PM
• Good knowledge of rental law and property economics
• Very good skills in Excel

It is meritorious if you also meet the following requirements:

• Experience with the property system Pigello
• Experience with system changes or implementation of a new property system
• Experience from public sector or municipal companies

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, proactive, and works methodically and structured. You are used to quickly getting into new organizations and workflows and take clear personal responsibility for your deliverables.

Since the assignment involves control, follow-up, and quality assurance of rental agreements, you are meticulous, analytical, and have good problem-solving skills. You work independently but are also good at collaborating and building trusting relationships with different functions within the business.

You act professionally, confidently, and adapt your working style to the situation and needs. Furthermore, we see that you have an engagement for your area of work and the ability to translate this into efficient and quality-assured work.

Great emphasis will be placed on the consultant's competence, experience, and ability to quickly contribute to stable operations during the assignment period, as well as personal suitability.
