On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Rent Administrator for a housing company in Gothenburg. The assignment is part-time and is expected to start on 2026-09-01 and run until 2027-08-31, with the possibility of a 6-month extension.
In connection with the implementation of a new property system, permanent employees need to focus on the system implementation. To ensure continuity in daily operations, a temporary consultant assignment is therefore established. The assignment involves taking over and being responsible for operational work within rent administration and contract management during the transition period.
