What does the job as Team Leader at Stadium entail?

Our customers should feel welcome at Stadium. They should be invited to a customer experience around the entire running track – an experience characterized by world-class service.

As a Team Leader, you are a clear sidekick to the Store Manager, where you together drive our core processes to create the best conditions for the total customer experience. You do this by coaching, giving feedback, and continuously developing the rest of the store staff. We believe that change is positive, and we see that you have business-minded leadership where you drive sales toward budgeted targets and key figures. Planning, scheduling, and daily store operations are part of your everyday life. You are part of the management team and are responsible for the store when the Store Manager is not present.

We believe that the key to success lies in how we as employees enjoy our work and what atmosphere we create in the store. There, you have a key role in creating a positive and inspiring work environment with our values at the center, through good collaboration and communication skills, curiosity, and energy. In doing so, you also contribute to the success of the store and the entire company.

Who are you? We are looking for you who have a burning passion for sports and sales and are motivated by seeing others succeed. Your leadership style focuses on coaching and feedback. You have 1–2 years of previous experience from retail sales and good digital skills and experience working with the MS Office suite. If you have previously worked in a leadership position within retail, it is an advantage.

You are a team player who thrives in an operational role, on the floor together with colleagues and customers. To succeed in the role, we see that you are proactive, self-driven, and constantly want to develop yourself and the business in innovative, simple ways, which contributes to a world-class customer experience.

We value personal traits such as high collaboration skills, being receptive and solution-oriented, as well as good communication skills both internally with employees and externally with suppliers, partners, and our customers.

For the role, it is required that you can communicate clearly in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Duration/Working hours The position is 100% with start date upon agreement. Probation period applies.
