About the role

As a store employee with a focus on both the workshop and customer service at Biltema, you will have a varied role where you contribute to a positive and professional customer experience in the store. You will work with practical workshop tasks as well as assisting customers in customer service.

The role includes assembling and repairing bicycles, as well as servicing and repairing products such as lawnmowers, compressors, and water pumps. At the same time, you will interact with customers in customer service, providing advice, handling complaints, and helping to find solutions to various issues. You will also collaborate closely with other departments in the store to create an efficient and service-oriented operation.

In addition to the tasks related to the workshop and customer service, you will be involved in the daily operations of the store. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that shelves are stocked, the checkout is manned, and the store is always sales-ready. Every day, you strive to provide customers with top-notch treatment and service.

The position is a permanent employment starting with a 6-month probation period. The employment is full-time, 38.25 hours/week.

About you

We are looking for someone who is positive, solution-oriented, and has a strong customer focus. You thrive in interactions with people and are motivated by helping customers, while also having a strong interest in technology and practical work. You are curious and take initiative when you see what needs to be done.

You thrive in a dynamic work environment where the pace can be fast and tasks vary. Experience in repair, workshop work, or similar is required, and experience in customer service is an advantage. You communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and it is an advantage if you also speak English or other languages.
