What you will do

Here, you will have a daily routine where no two days are alike, but customer focus is always number one. You will work closely with our corporate customers and colleagues in a team where we help each other deliver high quality every day. In this role, you will have both responsibility and freedom – we trust that you want to do a good job and give you the space to do so.

• Work with customer service and sales towards corporate customers within retail
• Be present in stores, including grocery stores, electronics retailers, and beauty shops
• Ensure the latest campaigns are in place for our customers
• Restock products to ensure displays are fully maximized
• Demonstrate our customers' products in stores or at events
• Collaborate with team colleagues to achieve common goals and develop working methods
• Contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement to make us even sharper

Who we think you are

We believe you are someone who likes things to happen but still keeps an eye on the details. You are comfortable taking responsibility, making decisions, and keeping your tasks organized. Above all, you are curious, unpretentious, and enjoy working together with others. And yes, you don't need to be perfect – a willingness to learn goes a long way, and we will teach you!

• Have experience in service, sales, customer support, or a similar role
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize when everything seems important at once
• Is structured, detail-oriented, and likes to create order and clarity
• Communicates clearly and professionally in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Is solution-oriented, curious, and comfortable working independently
• Has a valid driver's license and a car

Location

The position is located in Gothenburg and surrounding areas, in an environment where you work closely with both colleagues and customers. We work Nordic-wide, and you will have contact with colleagues in other cities.
