The Andreas Foundation is currently seeking a nurse for a probationary or permanent position.

The facility is centrally located in Luthagen and has been providing ideologically driven elderly care for 100 years. The nursing home offers 29 care positions.

We have a pleasant, mature garden, and the home has a family-like atmosphere. Our core values are small-scale operations, quality, and care.

As a nurse, you are responsible for leading and coordinating medical care and nursing. You will also conduct assessments and provide guidance to the care staff.

We are looking for a team player, as we highly value teamwork between care and kitchen staff, nurses, and rehabilitation personnel. Experience in palliative care or geriatrics is an advantage.

The facility has a regular nurse on-site during daytime hours, Monday through Sunday. On weekdays, you will work together with a fellow nurse. The position includes some daytime weekend shifts. The permanent position is at 80%.

The care staff are delegated authority for medication administration. The facility also employs a coordinator (USK coordinator), a personnel manager, and an IT/maintenance officer. The care staff are responsible for the nursing work. There is also a dedicated laundry/textile manager and a cleaner.

We have our own kitchen with chefs and serving staff, where meals are prepared from scratch. Adding a golden touch to everyday life in our care is something we highly value. We organize daily activities, often combined with good food and drinks.
