Te Crea Care was established in 2013 and provides staffing for nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and social workers. We have agreements with all regions, many municipalities, and private healthcare providers. This means we can offer you a wide variety of assignments throughout the country. Te Crea Care has been working intensively on tender processes to ensure that you, as a consultant, have many assignments to choose from under excellent terms. We work closely with our consultants as a team.

Requirements or preferences:

• Licensed nurse with at least two years of experience.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

You are flexible and able to adapt to different working conditions. You are self-assured and have the ability to prioritize, delegate, and lead. We are looking for someone who values personal responsibility, participation, and contributes to a positive work climate. You are empathetic and treat people with respect and care.

We are with you every step of the way, from the start of the assignment, throughout the duration, and when it is time to look ahead to the next one. We support you from finding the best assignments for you, booking travel and accommodation if needed, acting as a sounding board during the assignment, and staying one step ahead for your next role.
