Personal assistance is a service under the LSS (Act on Support and Service for Certain Disability Groups). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to people who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Every client is unique, and your tasks will vary depending on the client's needs. You value the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for you who are sensitive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for you who meet the following criteria:

• want to work for a woman in her 40s living in Kista

• have good knowledge of Swedish

• good physical condition to perform heavy lifting

It is also meritorious if you:

• have experience in similar work

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, degree of employment, and salary:

The current form of employment is "for as long as the assistance assignment lasts" with an employment degree of approximately 55%. The working hours are scheduled for daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other benefits occur according to the collective agreement.

Start date according to agreement.

Being employed at Humana
