About the role

As a group leader, you primarily work with care and support activities within the operations. You also have administrative tasks such as scheduling, updating risk assessments, handling deviations, and documentation. You lead daily work by introducing, coaching, and including your team. Furthermore, you ensure high quality in the operations and work based on Nytida's pedagogical framework to provide the best possible support and conditions for the residents. Naturally, you also contribute to a good work climate and good relationships with the operation's clients and relatives. This is done by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, giving feedback, and confirming your employees in their daily work. You report to the operations manager and are part of the operation's leadership group. The position is full-time (100%) and you work on a rotating schedule with weekends and evening shifts.
