Job Description:
The primary task for a Sales/Warehouse Associate at Mio is to provide our customers with world-class service and make their visits to our stores an experience beyond expectations.
By listening, asking questions, and offering various solutions, you help our customers find the right products to create a home they love and are proud of. In this way, you work towards your own sales targets and contribute to achieving the store's shared goals. Additionally, together with your colleagues, you will stock shelves, ensure tidiness, and verify that all products have correct price communication. The role also involves assisting in the warehouse with unloading and distributing goods, which may include lifting heavy items.
In addition to the personal meeting in the store, you will provide customer service via phone and email.
Working hours are scheduled for evenings and weekends.

You always put the customer experience first and are keen on building long-term customer relationships. You are genuinely curious and eager to develop professionally. You enjoy working in a team but are also self-motivated and proactive. You are good at prioritizing and have strong social skills. With your positive attitude and high engagement, you contribute to a pleasant atmosphere in the workplace. Good knowledge of English and a valid driver's license are important to us.

Recruitment:
Selection is ongoing, with immediate start preferred. The position is part-time at approximately 80% during the summer, with the possibility of extension as weekend staff. Background checks will be conducted on final candidates.
