Do you want to develop into one of the industry's best salespeople alongside a brand-new e-bike shop in a growing sector? Are you attracted by the opportunity for career development, for example to store manager? We are now looking for a new e-bike salesperson to join the sales team at Elcykelvärlden Gothenburg!

The position is full-time with individual salary setting based on qualifications and experience, in addition to the possibility of a store-based bonus.

The duties include the sale of e-bikes, accessories, and any additional services, as well as customer service through multiple channels – by phone, in-store, and online. Our goal is not just to sell a bike, but to help the customer find the solution that suits them best. You will help build a customer experience that leaves a mark and encourages customers to return.

In addition, all daily tasks related to store work are included, such as receiving goods and keeping the store tidy. We are also looking for a salesperson who, in addition to sales work, has an interest in content creation (e.g., social media, etc.), so don't forget to mention this in your application if it applies to you.

We preferably look for someone who has:

• Previous experience in sales and customer service
• Fluent Swedish
• English in speech and writing, as you will also be working a lot in English (we do not expect perfection, but the ability to converse and understand) (The employment interview will be conducted in English)

We consider it an advantage if you have knowledge of the industry (bicycles or e-bikes) as well as longer experience in sales.

The store is located at Mölndalsvägen 91, Gothenburg. The position starts now in June or as agreed.
