Recently, we have expanded our operations to include the sale and purchase of used mobile phones, which will become a significant part of our future work.

As an employee at Fix My Phone, you will meet our customers daily and serve as the face of the company. This role requires high social competence, responsibility, and a strong drive for sales.

You will be the face of Fix My Phone. Through your advice and sales expertise, you will work together with the customer to identify what needs to be fixed on their mobile phones or tablets. You will then perform the repairs and follow up with the customer upon completion of the case. Simultaneously, you will work on upselling accessories and other equipment. It is crucial to meet all customer needs, both stated and hidden. We work towards a more sustainable future for both the customer and the world at large. Therefore, it is important to us that customers receive the right accessories and protection for their phones after a repair to prevent future damage. It is your task to sell these to the customer.

All new employees undergo training where we teach you how to repair various devices, handle the cash register, and receive regular training in sales techniques and customer service.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and genuine drive. You are responsible and value order and structure, for your own sake and for others.

Previous experience in sales and jobs requiring dexterity is considered a merit.

Salary: 20,000.00 SEK – 50,000.00 SEK per month
