Salesperson Wanted – Attefall Houses | Forsastugan AB

Forsastugan is one of Sweden's leading suppliers of Attefall houses, golf cottages, and garden studios. We build with our own carpenters, offer short delivery times, and hold a strong position in a growing market. We are now looking for an experienced salesperson to take responsibility for our Attefall house sales.

About the Role

As a salesperson here, you will drive the entire sales process – from initial customer contact to signed contract. You will work with incoming leads, help customers find the right model and options, and build long-term relationships via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings. You are responsible for your own pipeline and work closely with production to ensure a smooth delivery to the customer.

We are looking for someone who

• Has documented experience in sales, preferably in housing, construction, or other complex B2C sales
• Is accustomed to handling long sales cycles and high-value deals
• Communicates professionally in both speech and writing
• Works in a structured and independent manner
• Has a good understanding of the building permit process and Attefall regulations (meritorious)

Swedish is a requirement as we communicate with our customers in Swedish.
