To our rental operations in Gothenburg, we are now looking for a Purchasing and Business Coordinator for a longer-term assignment.

We are looking for a driven and structured person who wants to combine operational purchasing, project management, and cross-functional coordination in an international and expanding organization. The role involves broad responsibilities where you act as a central contact point between internal departments, suppliers, partners, and various units of the business.

You will work closely with several functions within the organization to ensure efficient processes, successful launches, well-functioning supplier collaborations, and high quality in both assortment and communication. This role suits you if you thrive in a dynamic environment where you get to combine analysis, structure, coordination, and execution.

What does the role offer?

Purchasing and Supply Chain

• Analyze costs and contribute insights regarding pricing, profitability, and assortment development.
• Act as the contact person for the business and external suppliers regarding assortment, purchasing, and deliveries.
• Drive improvement initiatives to streamline processes, flows, and working methods.
• Be responsible for selected product categories and ensure their development aligns with business goals.
• Ensure that information about product changes, new items, and delivery status is communicated to relevant parties.
• Collaborate with IT and system functions to develop digital tools and maintain an accurate article register.

Project Management and Marketing Coordination

• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on projects, campaigns, product launches, and activities.
• Ensure that project plans, timelines, and priorities are followed and that the right resources are involved at the right time.
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials for digital and print channels.
• Handle translations, language reviews, and adaptation of content for different markets.
• Plan and execute photography, film production, events, and internal meetings together with relevant partners.
• Act as support in communication and marketing-related questions both internally and externally.
• Compile reports, documentation, follow-ups, and decision support materials.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have:

• Experience in operational purchasing, supply chain, project management, or production management.
• Experience in coordinating multiple parallel projects and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of business-driving key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Good system proficiency as well as experience with Excel and business systems.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive initiatives forward.
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
• Post-secondary education in purchasing, logistics, economics, marketing, project management, or equivalent.
