The Role

You are the link between the customer's needs and the company's technical solutions. The role combines sales with technical understanding and involves driving the business from the customer's needs to quotes and technical decision support, in close collaboration with outside sales representatives and other internal functions. You have own customer responsibility for selected customers.

In practice, you work with handling inquiries, quotes, and specifications, technical consulting, customer documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You also function as back-office support for outside sales, contribute to product development/design (incl. CAD) when needed, and handle administrative systems (e.g., CRM/ERP). The role also includes SQM, such as contact with production in various parts of the world and handling compliance and documentation requirements. The role may be adapted to some extent to the individual and experience, and may for example include participation in practical prototype development and IT system responsibility.

Your Background

We believe you have a relevant engineering degree from university (e.g., Mechanical Engineer) and have worked in similar roles for a few years. You are well acquainted with the manufacturing industry and its requirements. Linguistically, it is a requirement that you have very good knowledge of Swedish and English.

You will be located at our pleasant head office in Landvetter, just outside Gothenburg.
