Job Title: Panel Admin (Hourly Position)

Location: Gothenburg, Kungstorget 2

Role Description: National radio listening has been measured since 2013 by tracking radio consumption minute by minute, day after day, among a representative panel of 1,550 Sw aged 12–79 who report daily. Soon, the project will enter an exciting phase where we will not only expand the panel but also introduce new measurement equipment. As the panel expands, so must our team, which is why we are looking for you!

Your tasks will vary and include, among other things, managing daily contact with our panel members via phone, SMS, and email. You will provide support, recruit, and answer questions from panel members. The work also includes basic technical troubleshooting and handling equipment shipments. We offer you a fun and varied job at our office in central Gothenburg.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruiting new panelists
• Ongoing communication with panel members via phone, email, and SMS
• Mail handling
• Collaborative work with all staff within the panel management team and other units
• Afternoon/evening shifts (approx. 4–5 hours) on-site at our office in central Gothenburg.

Employment

This is a casual/hourly position. Start date to be agreed upon.

The work takes place primarily on weekdays and suits you who want to work extra during afternoons and evenings. The workload is approximately 4-5 hours per day, five days a week. The role is flexible, and there is an opportunity for more hours if needed.
