We are now looking for a Supplier Relations Development Lead who wants to develop our supplier relationships, lead transport tenders, and ensure high performance throughout the supplier chain.

Your Responsibilities

As Supplier Relations Development Lead, you will play a central role in developing and optimizing our collaborations with suppliers and transport partners.

You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal functions to ensure high quality, cost-efficiency, delivery precision, and sustainable solutions.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring, analyzing, and developing supplier performance based on defined KPIs.
  • Leading and coordinating transport tenders.
  • Evaluating suppliers and transport solutions based on business needs, quality, capacity, cost, and sustainability.
  • Identifying risks, deviations, and areas for improvement, and initiating relevant actions.
  • Monitoring contracts, service levels, and cost development.
  • Building and developing long-term relationships with suppliers and transport partners.
  • Driving improvement initiatives and development projects together with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contributing with analyses, reporting, and decision support related to supplier performance and logistics flows.
  • Collaborating closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, and IT to support business goals.
  • Contributing to the development of processes, ways of working, and strategies within Supplier Management.

Qualifications

We believe you have:

  • A post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, economics, engineering, or equivalent experience deemed comparable.
  • Experience in supplier management, sourcing, transport procurement, or similar roles.
  • Experience in supplier follow-up and KPI management.
  • Good understanding of logistics and transport flows.
  • Experience in analysis, reporting, and data-driven improvement work.
  • Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.
  • Good system proficiency and experience with Excel and reporting tools.

Merits

  • Experience from the transport or logistics industry.
  • Experience in strategic supplier work and contract negotiations.
  • Experience with BI tools and data analysis.
  • Experience in sustainability work related to supplier or transport chains.
  • Experience in change management or improvement projects.

Location

InQuire has locations in several cities in Sweden, with our headquarters in Lidköping.

We prefer that you base yourself at our headquarters in Lidköping, but for the right person, there is an opportunity for a flexible solution. The most important thing for us is to find the right competence and personality for the role.
