The municipality has a large elderly population and therefore actively invests in early interventions. We have a short-term rehabilitation unit within our operations.

The Rehabilitation Unit is part of the Municipal Primary Care division and consists of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation assistants, and a maintenance service. This is a pleasant and helpful work group with experienced and competent colleagues.

The coordinator position is also part of a smaller team consisting of a care officer and a nurse, who together play a central role in coordinating interventions for patients upon discharge from the hospital.

Job Responsibilities

You will have a central and coordinating function where you keep processes together, drive cases forward, and ensure that cooperation between different actors runs smoothly.

The role involves:

• handling several parallel cases simultaneously
• working under time pressure at times
• making independent decisions
• adapting your working methods based on complex situations with many involved parties

As support in your work, you have engaged and experienced colleagues, your manager Ingela Löfberg, and Annica Edlund, the Medical Responsible for Rehabilitation (MAR), who is responsible for quality and development work.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• are a licensed occupational therapist or licensed physiotherapist
• have a valid B driver's license

• have good skills in organizing, prioritizing, and creating structure
• view collaboration as important and work with many contact points
• be unpretentious and have a respectful and friendly attitude
