Contact Person at Voppa – Do you want to make a difference in people's lives?

Voppa is now looking for dedicated and responsible contact persons who want to contribute to creating safety, development, and positive changes for people who need support in their daily lives. We are looking for extra staff for work during the summer and on weekends, with good opportunities for continued employment also after the summer.

As a contact person at Voppa, you work with clients placed by the social services. The assignments are varied and involve meeting people of different ages, backgrounds, and life situations. The role is about being a support, a guide, and a secure adult who helps the client handle daily challenges and achieve their individual goals. You will work with people who may have neuropsychiatric disabilities, giftedness challenges, psychosocial issues, substance abuse problems, or other difficulties that form the basis for the placement. Therefore, we are looking for you who have a genuine interest in people and who can meet every individual with respect, understanding, and a professional attitude.

We prefer that you have education as a nursing assistant, treatment assistant, social pedagogue, or other relevant education within care, elderly care, or social work. Experience working with this target group is meritorious, but we also value personal qualities such as commitment, responsibility, flexibility, and the ability to build trusting relationships. To thrive in the role, you need to be secure in yourself, able to work independently, and at the same time share Voppa's values and view on people's opportunities for development and change.

We are looking for you who have a B-driver's license (manual) and who have the possibility to be flexible when needs arise, both with short notice and in longer planned assignments.
