The boy has a mild intellectual disability and moderate ADHD. He has a great need for structure, predictability, and encouraging support in his daily life. This position is perfect for you if you want to work part-time, as the scope is approximately 15 hours per month.
Sports and movement are a central part of his life, so we are looking for a companion who shares this enthusiasm. His absolute biggest interests are:
We are looking for you who are a secure and stable adult role model. Since he has ADHD, you need to have a good understanding of how to create structure, maintain calm in energetic environments, and motivate in a positive way.
Your Qualifications:
Working Hours: 15 hours per month, distributed across afternoons, evenings, or weekends based on need and agreement.
Employment Level: 9% of full-time.
Start Date: Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. We warmly welcome your application.
A prerequisite for starting employment at Olivia is that you can present a valid ID document and submit a certificate of personal details (personbevis) as well as any documents proving your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal details from the Swedish Tax Agency's website.
Due to the fact that the role may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you wish to work with children and young people under 18, you must provide an extract from the criminal record. It is important to order the extracts well in advance, as the Police's processing time may vary. In light of a legislative change from March 1, 2026, the register check will be expanded to include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register.
