We are currently looking for you who want to become part of our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant in a rural environment for our male client just after Bankekind.

What does this position involve?

You work according to the client's needs. Your tasks include, among other things: personal hygiene care, cooking, household cleaning, assisting the client with exercise routines, and transfers using a turner (transfer belt).

Working hours vary with split shifts at 08:00–12:45 and 14:15–18:00/21:20. Weekdays and weekends.

The client lives in the countryside just after Bankekind along road 34. Approximately 25 minutes from Linköping Central Station by car. He lives there with his wife, two dogs, and cats.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and responsive. We appreciate that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally.

We are also looking for substitutes for the client during the summer and for absences within the group.

We would like you to:

• Not be allergic to fur-bearing animals or afraid of dogs and cats.
• Have access to a driver's license and a car to commute to work.
• Have a genuine interest in helping others.
• Be able to understand and communicate in Swedish.
• Be able to work flexible hours – days, evenings, and weekends.
• Have experience in care and elderly care (a plus, but not a requirement).

Additional Information

Employment type: Fixed-term for the duration of the assistance assignment

Scope: approx. 40%

Working hours: 08:00–12:45, 14:15–18:00/21:20

Start date: Onboarding starts immediately, schedule for the position begins in week 29.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

In the event of employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden, by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EEA or a valid work permit.
