Personal assistance is a support measure under the LSS Act (The Act on Support and Service for Certain Functionally Disabled People). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You value the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making daily life run smoothly.

About the role

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is empathetic, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. The tasks include care, feeding, handling of floor lifts, and simpler exercises.

We are now looking for you who fits the following:

• Want to work for a 74-year-old man living in Norrköping.

• Have good knowledge of Polish as the client only speaks Polish.

• Have experience in similar work.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

Working hours, degree of employment, and salary:

The current form of employment is a "summer temporary position" with an employment degree of approximately 70% during weeks 30–32. The working hours are primarily scheduled as follows: Mondays from 08:00–12:00 and 16:00–22:00, and Tuesday–Saturday from 11:00–14:30/15:00. Some flexibility exists, and working hours may be adjusted as needed by agreement.

Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other allowances are made according to the collective agreement.

Start date: July 20, 2026.
