The client is a 53-year-old woman with Rett syndrome who lives in a villa in Skänninge. She enjoys listening to music, bathing, participating in various activities, and more. She is currently looking for staff on an as-needed basis during the summer, with the possibility of a 85 % position after the summer.

We are looking for you who want to work long-term and build a secure relationship as a personal assistant. You should not be unfamiliar with non-verbal communication, as the woman is non-verbal and communicates in her own way. The woman has 24-hour assistance with double assistance for part of the day and awake nights, but the main working hours we are recruiting for are between 07:45–20:45. Shifts are between 6 to 12 hours long. We would like you to be flexible with times.

We are looking for you who are social, driven, and actively participating, as well as being a loyal team player. The work is always shaped based on the client's needs, daily condition, and wishes.

The client is looking for a fun and creative person who is quick to laugh. You should be thorough and have the ability to work independently as well as together with a colleague, with the client's best interests in focus. Experience in similar work is meritorious.

In addition to this, we would prefer that you:

• are a woman
• have a driver's license
• live near Skänninge
• have previous experience within LSS (Swedish Social Services Act for persons with disabilities)
• have previous experience with non-verbal communication

It is important that you are structured, clear, and stable in your work with the client. Most important are your personal qualities and the personal chemistry between you and the client.

Employment type: Fixed-term as long as the assistance assignment lasts or needs-based employment.

Scope: On an hourly basis during the summer, with a chance for 85 % fixed-term employment into the autumn. Working hours: Day and evening primarily, and possibly awake nights in the future.

Start date: Onboarding immediately.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

In the event of employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden, by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EEA or alternatively a valid work permit.
