We are currently looking for a full-time receptionist for a company in central Sundbyberg. In this role, you will become an important part of the daily operations, contributing to creating a welcoming, professional, and well-functioning workplace. The position is a fixed-term assignment on a full-time basis, planned to run from July to October, with a chance of extension.

ResponsibilitiesAs a receptionist, you play a key role in the business and serve as an important contact point for employees, visitors, and external partners. You are responsible for creating a professional and welcoming first impression while contributing to the smooth daily operation of the office. Through your engagement and initiative, you contribute to a pleasant, well-organized, and efficient work environment.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Welcome and receive visitors, as well as handle incoming calls and emails
- Manage mail and courier services
- Order and handle office supplies, as well as purchase fruit, coffee, and lunches as needed
- Ensure that the reception, meeting rooms, and common areas maintain a high standard and are presentable
- Prepare premises and coordinate catering for meetings, conferences, and internal events
- Handle ongoing administrative tasks related to the reception and the daily operation of the office
- Be helpful with other office-related matters to ensure a well-functioning workplace
We are looking for you who have experience from service-oriented roles and enjoy combining customer interaction with administrative tasks. You are self-motivated, structured, and take initiative to create a well-functioning workday. With a positive attitude and a solution-oriented approach, you contribute to a professional and service-focused environment.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
- Experience working in service, such as retail, reception, customer service, or similar operations
- Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good computer literacy and experience working with the Microsoft Office suite and various administrative tools
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks, while also being a team player
- A professional demeanor, good organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize in a varied work environment
Start Date: July 1, 2026
Scope: Full-time, July-October (possibility of extension), Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00
Salary: Individual salary setting (Unionen Collective Agreement)
