About the position

At Humana Trumslagarbacken, we work with a person-centered approach – the wishes and needs of each elderly person are our priority. As a summer substitute, you are a key person in creating a safe, joyful, and meaningful everyday life for our seniors. Together with colleagues in a positive work climate, you make a difference every day!

Working hours: Night shift

Employment level: Hourly substitute

Salary: Individual salary setting according to collective agreement.

Start date: Immediately.

What does the role involve?

As care staff with us, you will have a varied and rewarding job. Your tasks include:

• Planning and carrying out night-time interventions together with your colleagues.
• Documentation and handling of any deviations.
• Collaboration with nurses and rehabilitation staff to create the best possible care and support.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who is a team player with a big heart and a responsible attitude. You enjoy collaborating, but can also take initiative and work independently.

It is a plus if you have experience in person-centered work, and we believe you are good at building relationships and keeping the mood up in all situations!

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained assistant nurse or care aide with experience from elderly care.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Has experience documenting according to the Social Services Act (SoL).

Please note that you need to be able to present a valid ID and any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. We always request extracts from the criminal record. To be employed as an assistant nurse, you need to be able to present a certificate of protected professional title.
