Fagersta Primary Care Centre Svenska Kyrkan opened in November 2023 and operates as a separate company within the Church of Sweden in Fagersta, as part of our goal to serve the people of Fagersta from cradle to grave. We have made sure to employ skilled and experienced staff; doctors, nurses, district nurses, therapists, and more, to provide the residents of Fagersta with the best possible care and support.

We currently have 18 employees and approximately 3,450 registered patients at the primary care centre.

About the position:

We are looking for an engaged district nurse – preferably with Asthma/COPD training or other specialist education – who wants to become part of our team while taking independent responsibility. The position includes a standard district nurse clinic, telephone advice, and other common tasks at the primary care centre.

As a person, you are clear and trustworthy, and have a good ability to structure and prioritize. You are engaged and careful to always maintain high quality in your work.

We are looking for you with the following qualifications:

Education

Requirements

• Basic education as a registered nurse.
• Further education as a district nurse.

Competencies

Meritorious

• Previous experience in primary care work.
• Experience from inpatient wards/clinic work.
• Experience with telephone advice. We use the medical record system Cosmic and the telephone system TeleQ.
• Previous work within municipal care and support.
• Previous work with Asthma/COPD, diabetes, dementia, rehabilitation coordinator.

Scope: Full-time, salary according to agreement. Fixed monthly salary.

Start date: Immediately or according to agreement. Recruitment is ongoing.
