Job Description
As a specialist nurse at Humana Trumslagarbacken, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, following up, and evaluating nursing measures. You are also a key part of the development of competence within the business and for your colleagues, as you will, when necessary, educate and mentor nursing staff.
Examples of Tasks
- Perform independent assessments, medical treatments, and nursing interventions.
- Handle and follow up on documentation and deviations.
- Be part of the local management group.
- Participate in the move-in process for new residents and be responsible for delegating health and medical care tasks.
About the Employment
Working hours and degree of employment: Daytime shifts, part-time, no weekends.
Salary: Salary is based on agreement, and other benefits are according to the collective agreement.
Start date: According to agreement.

Who are you?
For this position, you must be a registered nurse with a specialist degree in elderly care or a district nurse. As a person, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, organized, and responsible. You have a positive outlook and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. To thrive and succeed in the role, we prefer that you are good at building relationships and have strong collaborative skills.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a registered nurse.
- Has a specialist degree in elderly care or is a district nurse.
- Has knowledge of documentation in medical record systems (ICF or VIPS).
- Has good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience working in elderly care or home help services.
- Experience working with people with dementia.
- Experience in privately operated operations.
- Experience with documentation work.
A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID and any documents proving the right to work in Sweden.
