About the role
As an Occupational Health Nurse at FagerstaHälsan, you are the contact person for clients, handling incoming assignments and providing advice to clients and their managers. You are interested in building and developing good relationships with our client companies and their employees. You will work with preventive occupational health and safety work and health-promoting initiatives at both individual and group levels.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support and advice to managers and client employees regarding health and occupational safety issues
• Statutory and general health examinations
• Vaccinations
• Rehabilitation
• Educations and lectures

About you
We are looking for a nurse, preferably with further education in occupational health services. You have a health-promoting mindset and a genuine interest in people, their health, and their working environment. To thrive and develop with us, you should enjoy working consultatively and customer-oriented, and have an easy time building relationships. You are secure, stable, and independent. It is important that you enjoy collaborating in a team with colleagues, which includes occupational health nurses, company doctors, physiotherapists, psychologists, speech therapists, occupational safety engineers, and administrators.

We appreciate a business-minded approach. You are structured, responsible, take initiative, and have good skills in planning and organizing. We would like you to be an active part in developing the business forward.

FagerstaHälsan is a local, independent occupational health service that works with our companies to promote health and prevent work-related ill health. FagerstaHälsan is owned by Seco Tools AB, Epiroc AB, and Fagersta Stainless/Marcegaglia AB. Several other customers are connected to FagerstaHälsan.

About the employment
Degree of employment according to agreement. Permanent employment directly with FagerstaHälsan, starting with a 6-month probation period. The workplace is in Fagersta, but shorter trips to clients occur, so a driver's license and access to a car are required.
